When the characters are as three dimensional and relatable as they are, this stuff can be interesting to discuss. You're missing out on the story if you just want Korra to fuck Amon up, much in the same way you'd be missing out with A:TLA if you just wanted him to fuck Ozai up.

Cause she's one of the chi blockers, she will break up with mako coz of that for a while and chase them down tryign to help Amon, but will re unite and join the good side. Pretty much lie ZUko, after chasing and all the bad things, script writers said some shit about that that this will happein withing 15episodes
