religion is the bullshit your parients and society force on you.
Benders are born that way. It's like just because some people are born without one leg, doesnt mean everyone should get one cut just so everyone would be equal.

but in some societies it is either religion..or death. and i know what its like to have a disadvantage, i was born with hearing but i lost it and it was hard but i dont think other people should be deaf so i could feel equal, its just a difference and i accept it. i did not ask for you to agree with me but i just wanted to put my idea on here, and your views on religion is your business. i was just trying to tie LoK to a modern situation...

mhm, maybe not, but its the best i could come up with. do you have any suggestions, usually shows like these have some deeper meaning to them

Of course both of the avatar shows have a deeper meaning. However, you shouldn't take Korra literally, there may be some similarities to our world, but the meaning is elsewhere.

well im not a child, i know both avatar shows do not have direct meaning, but i through my years of schooling ive picked up a habit of looking into things, trying to find a meaning to it. and if you do not agree with me than that is your choice, i wasnt looking for supporters, just to see if anyone else had picked up on what i had or if i was misinterpreting things.
