The show came out in 2006. My dad died of colon cancer in 2006. ANYWAY I kind of link it to that but i also link it to the fact that my love for nickelodean was stopping at about that time, and Avatar The Last Air Bender kept me watching Nick. Koneitzko(SP?) and Dimartino are outstanding at creating interesting stories and they haven't stopped making greatness with Legend Of Korra

look at everything else nickelodeon has produced since avatar was created. even if they all werent shit this show would still be awesome. they actually develop the characters unlike most of the other shows theyve created. why dont you like it? im just wondering why.

well you said it in a way that made it seem like you didnt like it. sorry, i misread. but i like it because its one of the only good shows left on nickelodeon, other than teen drama sitcoms, or as i call them shitcoms. like i said it dives into the characters and actually has them grow throughout the series. aang was an inexperienced goofy airbender at the beginning of TLA and by the end he had matured into a strong well built character who still retained that bit of goofiness to keep him likeable. i cant wait to see how they develop korra and the rest of the cast in LOK.
