So what? There's a solid economic difference based solely on where people are born, or what color there skin is, or how just plain lucky they are. Bending is just another point where some people will be different than others. If it's that big of a deal, all the non-benders can get off there fat asses and learn to chi-block the same way benders got off there fat asses and learned to bend.

people dont learn how to bend. they just find a way to control it better. People are born with the ability, and if you find out that you can bend then you train to master it
