Goku's speed is why itd be a good fight, but assuming Aang knows blood bending, he could just stop goku right in his spot. But then again, if goku is going ss3, which he wouldnt against a human because he hates being over powered in fights, he would just crush aang. Im speaking of pure saiyan goku, maybe super saiyan one

even when he's normal, goku would be too fast to follow, also if aang even knew bloodbending, and assuming he did catch goku, he'd just use kaio-ken to escape rapidly and attack even faster

When Aang takes/restores bending, he is doing an ancient art known as energy bending, in which he IS bending the pure energy of the people. In this universe its known as chakra, not ki but its still the same energy. and you don't know if aang or any of his past lives have learned blood bending.

Blood bending was first found by that old lady in the jail cell. Katara was the 2nd person to learn. Bending just got more advance like metal bending and lightning bending
making it more easy for people to learn. Above all else Aang would never learn blood bending. Even katara hates herself for learning it. Aang never really bend energy in the shows. Except when taking away bending. Goku ki is also from pure will and years of training. I don't think even adult Aang can stand a chance if he cant even keep up with goku.
