And the fighting style that they use seem similar to Ty Lee's: Quick, agile, and precision strikes.
I would guess Amon to be a former pupil of Ty Lee, or son, and evolved that style from paralyzing to chi blocking.

sign. . . tme to spread some true. . . the counsleman who started the task force is amon, and the energy bending (thats wht that technique is called) can b learned by any bending who's will is strong enough. Also for my evidence i like to point out when the task orce was voted on how would amon know about so fast unless either A. their is a spy in the counsle or B. he is amon b is more likely cause now amon has an excuse and the counsleman push for it so hard.
