If you have never seen the show, then TLA it's a fairly decent movie. Effects are alright, story is not too bad, partially enjoyable characters. However, if you have seen the show, that movie is the worst piece of shit ever and should have never been filmed. It's a disgrace to everything and everyone and I hope that M. Night Shamallamadingdong loses his career

I am probably gonna get a lot of red thumbs for this. But if you do what the professor did, and not compare the movie to something else, like you are suppose to do, then nothing seems as bad. Yeah so many will say, "Oh it had bad acting, nothing made sense, they left so much out." Stop comparing it to the show, no its not liquid gold dumped onto a film reel, but if you compare it to something else yeah its gonna look bad. Everyone I know who didn't watch the series and watched the film said it wasn't bad.

And that's why this story is bullshit, no film teacher would watch the series and apologize because compared the two medias and then thought the movie was bad. Thats not how things work. If he compared all the essays in class, everyone except that one over achieving bastard would get an "F" because nothing would compare to that one essay. Teachers are smarter then that, well most are. So this story is bullshit.

What movie?

The movie is not only bad, but ruins a ton of peoples opinion for the show. They think it's basically the same thing, and never give it a chance, or a look, where as the show makes the movie look like what it was - A HORRIBLE remake, trying to rush a good story and make the characters bland, and the whole damn story horrid. It's as if the person giving shamalamadingdong facts watched one episode, and looked up the rest on the wiki. If they even DID research.
- My reaction to how BADLY they screwed this up, I feel as if I owe a friend of mine my life for him forcing me to not see it, and telling me how bad it was.
