Animation quality goes down when they attempt to make a very animated fight scene. That is why filler fight scenes are almost all lame, slow and involve a lot of talking with minimal movement. You can either have a pretty, 10 minute fight scene that is over half talking or a fast and fun to watch 10 minute fight scene that cuts details. They have time constraints and budgets and I still enjoyed that fight scene a hundred thousand times more than the endless filler crap that comes on.
