Pabu is a Fire Ferret.
FERRET
I don't know how to spell this out any clearer to you, but a FERRET is not a fucking PANDA.

Fucks sake, dumb fuck

Obviously you didn't read anything else that has been said so you feel so high and mighty.
I CLEARLY stated that
1. It is a MIX of a ferret and a red panda, dumb ass.
2. FIRE FERRET IS RED PANDA IN CHINESE.
Dumb ass anon.
User avatar #18 to #15 - spearpwi (05/30/2012) [-]
Again, no it isn't. It is a ferret with the coloration of a red panda. Hence the name "Fire Ferret".
User avatar #24 to #18 - kimiixpyro (05/30/2012) [-]
By the way, it's name uses the Chinese name for red pandas (火狐), which means "fire fox" in English.

Except I just got that quote off avatar wiki which is typically correct about the show.
Where are you getting your facts?
#21 to #19 - spearpwi (05/30/2012) [-]
What are you talking about? The website says that it's a mixed breed of ferret and red panda. You even admitted that on the other post. Weirdo. You do realize this is two different threads right?
User avatar #26 to #21 - kimiixpyro (05/30/2012) [-]
Oh, and one more thing, if you were to realize that I posted both gifs BEFORE looking at it on avatar wiki and posting the quotes, maybe you wouldn't be so confused.
Hmm maybe there's a reason it tells you when I posted things.
User avatar #27 to #26 - spearpwi (05/30/2012) [-]
Since you're obviously not done here I'll just make a point of saying I'm not confused. If we all believed everything we found on Wikipedia then we'd probably be a bit screwed. That website is written by fans. The average Americans grasp of Chinese etymology (yes, the show is written by Americans, it's not Asian) is probably what led them to use the wrong word for the animal. Hence why the word fox somehow got thrown in there (which was a pretty useless piece of information in any case). Posting quotes off of a Wikipedia page is about as reliable as the British weather forecast.

What can I say, ignorance is bliss, have a nice day.

Well then you must be in a perpetual state of orgasmic pleasure.
User avatar #23 to #21 - kimiixpyro (05/30/2012) [-]
Bitch, are you retarded? LOOK AT THE COMMENT BELOW.
I do realize this is a different thread, and the same idiot arguing with me for no reason.
In the below comment I said "AS I SAID, my bad, he is both"
I WASN'T disagreeing with that, I was disagreeing with "It is a ferret with the coloration of a red panda." Considering that's not the whole side of it, it is both of them.
User avatar #20 to #19 - kimiixpyro (05/30/2012) [-]
"The fire ferret is a combination of a red panda and a black-footed ferret. It has most of the features of the red panda combined with the characteristic, elongated body of the ferret."
As I said, my bad, he is both.
User avatar #22 to #20 - spearpwi (05/30/2012) [-]
I'm just gonna throw this out there. "Characteristics" and "Features" are pretty much synonymous. The fact that it crawls around on all fours and has a long body means that it's a ferret. The bushy tale and coloration are what make it panda like. It is both and neither of us are wrong. High five.
User avatar #25 to #22 - kimiixpyro (05/30/2012) [-]
The only characteristic of a ferret that it has is an elongated body.
Look, I already admitted I was wrong and that it is a mix of both, I'm done arguing with a retard who can't comprehend what I say.
