Zuko is still alive, he's 87. He let his daughter become firelord three years ago and just travels around the world now. It's confirmed. I found it out from this game on the nick website.

When you get to the Central City Station, just click on Zuko's statue and you'll be able to read about him. It's nice to know he's alive :)
