alright gonna say this now. if ya don't like Korrasami just hit that red button and move along, no need to be an ashole in the comments.

I don't think it was overly forced or out of nowhere, but neither do I think that it was foreshadowed well or particularly amazing.

I felt it was unnecessary and forced

Just like when my older brother molested me, but I moved on, so can you.
User avatar #18 to #16 - internetexplain (12/26/2015) [-]
" I don't like this "

"YOU GOTTA MOVE ON BRUH"

Maybe you should elaborate on your evidently nonsensical thought process behind your statement, perhaps I'll even be able to understand what you're trying to say.
User avatar #19 to #18 - vortexrain (12/26/2015) [-]
My older brother molesting me, really happened by the way, I've moved on. Him doing that was unnecessary, and forced. You say that Korrasami was unnecessary, and forced, you should move on, like on did when my brother ******* molested me.

Doesn't really seem like you have, what with you bringing it up at the slightest provocation, then continuing to bitch about it.

I can bring up my being raped just fine online. I'm in the comfort of my own room, doing something I'm very used to. I'm also more or less anonymous, and will never meet the people I tell.

I still have to write **** down on a note instead of actually talking about it irl though. Doctor, parents, best friend (unless I'm drunk), doesn't matter.

I don't do this **** though, because that's just being a dick.

It was 3 and a half years before I told anybody, almost 2 more before I told anybody else after that first person. 6 before I was comfortable talking about it if it came up. 7 before I finally told my mom. 7 and a half now. It took me that long to finally tell my mom, because somewhere in the back of my brain as long as she didn't know it couldn't be real.

Ok, I feel for you and your trauma but comparing completely different levels of dislike and negative experiences to make yourself right is like the exact reasoning that people use for "Oh people are starving in africa and they don't complain so you can't" or some ****
It doesn't make you right, you just avoid the argument and discussion with something unrelated and out of the ballpark

I'm not attempting to downplay your molestation but it really isn't related to internetexplain's opinion on Korra's ending which I do feel was forced aswell but that is not the point I am making here

Not related to you specifically but to these comments sometimes
For people who say "Oh respect our love for Korra and Asami AHHHHHHHH" you guys act worse than the people who argue about how the ending sucked

I've gotten over it to the point where I can joke about it in this manner. I was joking about it being on the same level.
User avatar #47 to #46 - avocadoXD (12/26/2015) [-]
yea but like I dont think we are at that point.

Honestly, this is my feeling lately when watching most shows. It feels like the writers are really hard trying to fit something into the plot everytime.

Doesn't help when I can predict what's going to happen 25 minutes before it even happens.

Say what you will but I still think bolin and korra coupling would have been cute as **** .
User avatar #4 to #3 - letmetouchyourboob [OP](12/25/2015) [-]
eh cute yer but actully working i don't think so. and to be fair him and Oppal are way to adorable.
User avatar #7 to #4 - cactaur ONLINE (12/25/2015) [-]
i don't know, it probably could work. they obviously did have some connection. As with oppal, I just didn't see that same spark. But it could just be me.

I never really saw Korra look at him that way. I'm pretty sure she friend-zoned him the first time they met.
User avatar #12 - howunexpected (12/25/2015) [-]
Can someone please explain this to me? I don't watch the show and I keep seeing references to this but it seems all too forward-thinking for Nick to do, considering the potential for "One Million Moms" or some other such ******** group boycotting their networks.
User avatar #13 to #12 - letmetouchyourboob [OP](12/25/2015) [-]
if you mean Korra being bi, it was never something the show focused on, the romance was kept to a minimum. but over the last season the creators started dropping small hints to Korra (brown-ish girl) and Asami (white one) till the last eppiosed where they went out to explore the spirit together. the show ends with them looking longingly into each others eyes while holding hands.

it was really confined that they where a thing till afew weeks later by one of the shows creators. so they effectively snuk it under Nicks noes
#34 to #13 - anon (12/26/2015) [-]
The only "small hints" present were Korra writing to Asami instead of Bolin or Mako and.... that's it.

Otherwise, the bit with them at the end toddling off into the spirit world came out of ****** nowhere.

Thank you!

the moment she became bisexual was when fans demanded it. I can promise you that wasnt how the writers intended it to go at first
#35 to #32 - efeye (12/26/2015) [-]
One of the creators said that he thought of the idea when they first drew up Asami, before season one was even created.
User avatar #40 to #35 - aussiepridevil (12/26/2015) [-]
Actually on the official blogpost the creators said they wanted asami to be a semi-villian and get killed off season1-2, but the fans really liked asami so they kept her.

so yeah technically the fans demanded it, avaar is basically real anime now. yay fan service
