Lava is hot as fire, made of earth, yet it's liquid.
That is all I know.

I say that it's a little different. Waterbenders work in rythm with the water in order to harness it. They enslave water just as well as you enslave the sea.

I don't know, Jeong Jeong told Aang that he would have to control the fire, or it would burn everything away. So I guess they're both enslavement.

You really are a moron, did you know that? Waterbending isn't enslavement of water, any more than clenching your fist is enslaving your fingers. Bending water is reaching out with your chi (I believe that's how it works) and "bending" it to your will.

I realize what I said is confusing people.

I am completely aware of the lore I am only presenting a new perspective upon it, do with it what you will, I don't care, Thought I'd like sharing.

And here's the pic from the original post. I forgot to upload it on bendingtime, and when I tried to re-upload, it wouldn't let me.

True firebending is characterized by the control of fire.

No, it really doesn't, because this is a meaningless distinction that has absolutely nothing to do with the nature of the benders themselves. 0/10
