Why did you leave out the "e" in "shoe"? Just curious. Because with just the "o", it almost seems like it should be pronounced like "oma-show." And the "e" would just make it clear, and actually look more pun-like.

anyone think its wierd that amon has only taken bending from antagonists? lighning bolt zolt and the wolfbat's leader (who looks even more like a fucking crackhead now). he even had a chance to take the avatar's powers twice in the show and despite the fact that it would give him a significant advantage, he didn't. he gave a somewhat plausible explanation the first time, but when she was tied up with bolin and mako he had a perfect opprotunity but he went for tanho instead giving her the chance to escape. i mean, the choice was a simple waterbender or the fucking AVATAR. what gives?

hargleblarg (05/22/2012) [-] Well the explanation that he gave the first time still applies. If he takes away Korra's bending then she becomes a martyr for other benders, causing them to crack down even harder on Amon and his Equalists.
By sparing Korra he's ensuring the continued survival of his group, because he knows he can beat her (he's done it twice now) so instead of eliminating Korra so she can be replaced by someone he doesn't know, he's keeping her in the game.

Can someone post that chart with all of the bending types i saw it here a few days ago, it had the main elements on the sides, spirit in the middle, in the corners were combustion, plant, snow and lava. on the outer sides were metal lightning and etc
