Here's how it works:
> There are good Atheists: don't believe in God, don't shove it down peoples throats, but will discuss it calmly if it came up in conversation, and actually does good things.
> Good Christians: Ditto as above, but does believe in God.
> Bad Atheists: Completely ignore Christians POV, and will say something about how their belief system is wrong. They will use quotes from The Bible to try to prove that God isn't real (Even though, even if God is real, The Bible would still be bullshit because it was written by man, not God himself)
They will also say stuff like "I know to do good things with just realising that I should; not that I think God would want it!"; when in fact, they pretty much do nothing for anyone (possible thinking that just opening a door for someone is a good deed)
> Bad Christians: Don't do any good for anyone, "God hates Fags!", will constantly badger you to accept God, go to church every Sunday, which they believe will make them a "good" Christian, will be hypocrites (as in the comic above) by possibly saying "That's infringing my freedom!" when you tell them to stop bothering you about God (That last one would work for bad Atheists as well, just in reverse)

There are good and bad people in every kind of group in all existence... So there is no point in saying that the bad ones don't exist, because they always do,
This comic just happened to be making fun of the bad Christians is all, nothing to rage about.
