Your numbers are greatly embellished, there was nowhere near 40 Million deaths...the highest total i saw on either of those pages was 1.5 million. But lets compare that to, say, hitler, who was Christian. How many did he murder for his ethnic cleanse? How about the Crusades? How many people died then? How about the Inquisition? How about the genocides in the bible? Noah's Ark, Sodom and Gamorrah, Exodus? But yet atheists are evil...makes sense.

I agree with that statement, to an extent....some people do things because of their beliefs and some people do things because of themselves but blame their belief's.

For example, the Hobby Lobby plan B fiasco....they don't want to pay money for higher healthcare costs, so they are sueing the federal government, citing that their Moral Religious belief's forbid "abortion pills" even tho plan B doesnt cause abortion.

On the other hand, in the crusades, Christians attacked a city and people LITERALLY half the world away for no other reason then "its gods city".

But is it then good to judge a whole religion on the actions of them?
just like people do with muslims cause of the Extremist groups and terorists

If it was an isolated event then I wouldnt hold it against them, but when the "holy books" of a religion preach violence against non-believers or against people who believe something different, something is wrong with that religion at a base level.

true but its in wich way you read it youknow

No, I don't know. If you read the bible without the "Jesus died for my sins" faith mumbo jumbo, it reads like a horrific fantasy novel. But christians don't pay attention to the bad shit in the bible. In fact a recent study showed that more atheist have read teh bible then christians.
