People called me mad for pre-ordering the Freedom Edition, which is like 80 quid...but you know what? Best 80 quid I have ever spent.

atleast you got the case. i preordered, asked for the case "oh dont worry, you game will come in the collector's tin" now i have to wait until end of october to do anything, because i dont trust my parents in picking up the game. being that knowing mom, she will pick it up, then make it seemlike she got me it for christmas.

Same thing happened to my friend. I assumed it was a limited quantity issue. I actually didn't even know ACIII was being made until the day I was buying something at Gamestop and he asked if I wanted to pre-order.

You collect a few for him in the beginning, as kind of a foreshadow to what the rest are for... In actuality, you are collecting the rest for your mother in tribute to Petruccio, your sickly younger brother, wrongly executed. Because that little shit fucking loved those feathers.

I know I've played the game. In my eyes, you collected them for your little brother, who liked to collect them. After he dies, Maria goes into a silence grief stricken state of mind, the feathers you give to her make her feel as if Petruccio is still alive in some way.
