The main difference is probably the online gameplay.
The twelve year olds are still there ruining things and touting it as WAY more awesome than it is because they've hardly played any other games before and their friends all say it's cool, but they aren't as obvious because you don't have to deal with them except IRL.
People will still realize, but it'll probably take longer because of that.
