Actually that seems like an absolute waste of time, as well as skills.

Yeah, except if he can draw a crumpled piece of ******* paper then imagine what else he can draw. Don't hate his talents just cause you don't have any.

I said in my comment that he had skills.
I'm not hating on his talent you prick.

It's a form of practice, saying this is a waste of time is like saying going for a run is a waste of time because you're not actually accomplishing anything.

I agree, I prefer to draw astronauts. With guitars.

Have fun with your waste of a life.. people like you honestly deserve to be burned... burned.

Because I don't think accurately replicating a piece of paper is the best use of someones artistic talent I deserve to be burned?

Funnyjunk sure is aggressive today.
User avatar #67 to #65 - brutallyhonest (07/10/2013) [-]
Nothing is a waste of time, artistically. If he replicates a piece of paper to refine, or test his realistic drawing skills; how AT ALL is that an "absolute waste of time and skills." You make no sense.
User avatar #75 to #67 - kriterion (07/10/2013) [-]
Okay, sure I get where you're all coming from.
Sorry for rustling so many jimmies, don't really know the first thing about drawing.

Let that be a lesson in the future. Criticize only the things you're qualified in and you'll go far.

Then you honestly shouldn't be talking.. but it's all good! Have a good day.

First off, this dude's a rather successful manga writer/drawer/artist. And realism challenges like this one is great practice.

second: The vid hit over 2million views on youtube which probably made him a sweet profit.

Dudes name is Mark Crilley. Check him out if you like drawing and ****

I love Mark, got his book and can't wait for Mastering Manga 2! The dude seems like such a down to Earth guy.
