Here's what you do then:
1.) Obtain a PS2 emulator program
2.) Pirate the game (X1 is a PS2 game, right?)
3.) Play on your computer
Alternatively
1.) Obtain a PS2
2.) Pirate the game (make sure it is a .bin .cue .iso etc file)
3.) Burn it directly to a dvd (use a good program that can burn disk image files, which are the .bin .cue or .iso things)
4.) Put dvd in PS2 and play (might have to do some other cracking shit but should work)...

The alternative fails because Xeno1 and Xeno3 are only NTSC or J-NTSC, and I have a PAL console/TV, and it's almost cheaper to travel to the US and play it there than to get an adapter where I live.
The first alternative I tried it, but my computer can't handle running a properly emulated PS2 with a properly running BIOS without playing at 4-5fps.
Thanks still <3
