Pokémon would be the logical to go with, since it has the least chance of getting killed
Digimon are given to the chosen few.
The Deathnote is even rarer; though I do nothing wrong, chances are good I won't live past thirty.
Never seen, nor am I interested in Fairy Tail.
Too high a body count; either you're a ninja, with special talents, or you're a nobody.
Would be interesting to live in that world, if only to see how strong I could get. But no; still too death-y.
Very interesting, but the fruits are too rare, and some are crap.
My god, too high a body count; everyone dies at least once in that show, on Earth. Though it would be neat to be trained up by a good warrior, it seems there are too many elites. Goku and Krillian only got as strong as they were thanks to Roshi; just about anyone else in that world sawked after a single year of training. And these are people who train their whole life.
Cardgames?! On motorcycles?! Naw, not that interesting.
Dito.
Too much responsibility.
Over rated.
Now, for Pokemon, hardly anyone dies, and usually only if they do something horribly stupid. The bonds are powerful, and the power is great. Many choices.
So. Yeah.. Pokemon.

One Piece because I find pirate life intriguing and I'm miss sailing and being out on the water.

Definitely One Piece for me, I'd have a lot more fun and it's the best in my view to live in. I'd want to able able to do awesome stuff and fight with my own body, not with others fighting for me. So that's Bleach,One Piece, Naruto, Fairy tail, and Dragon Ball Z.
-Naruto not as much freedom and boring now.
-Bleach would be ok but too small a world, plus don't like the feel.
-Fairly tail you can run out of magic fast and that's basically all you got.
-Dragon Ball Z you aint shit unless you're an alien, the most powerful human was Krillin. Plus the Geography is kinda boring.
-One Piece you can have special powers if you want, but even if you don't you can still be extremely strong. The whole thing is more adventures, more fun, funnier, and the islands are extremely fun and interesting. The whole point is basically exploring and having fun. Seems like the best decision for me at least.

Beyblade or Yu-Gi-Oh or Pokémon
Simply because it is very unlikely you'll be an important figure and just be living in the world itself and only in these 3 could you have the potential to actually do anything related to the events of the world.
