Tobi started off acting like a complete idiot then turns out to be the akatsuki leader. Running and controlling the akatsuki above Pein. Well it was then said Tobi was Madara but it turns out that Tobi is not Madara since Madara was revived using the edo-tensei jutsu. So no one knows who the fuck Tobi is. Excuse me if my facts are off, i haven't watched/read up to that point. Just received many spoilers from others.
