One thing i have always wondered is what english sounds like to non-english speaking people.

like german sounds angry
french sounds classy as ****
and spanish sounds passionate

i wonder if we sound slow or retarded to non-english people

It sounds....neutral, in a way.

Depends in the tone of voice of the person speaking.

it sounds morbidly slow
as if you must explain every detail about the subject and with the speed of a sloth

According to one of my asian teachers, English sounds really flat/bland. Like, it doesn't have any emotion to it, it's just words.

Anyone believing that German sounds angry has obviously never heard a little girl ask for ice cream in German.

depends on who speaks it. from what I've heard (french pen pall) Americans and some Canadians can be compared to the South Park boys.
