pehaps you can awnser a question for me then, i only recently started watching blach again, when i did start again, everyone's zampacto(i dont know how actually spelled) became actual people, how did that happen, are they supposed to do tht?

It's the physical representation of their zanpakuto. Just like Ichigo sometimes sees Zangetsu as the dude with the sunglasses. If you wanna get simple, it's like the sword is another person that can talk with the user when they want to. The reason it happened is that there was a filler arc where one zanpakuto corrupted the minds of all the others into thinking they had to fight their shinigami counterparts in order to be the masters. So while the premise behind it is established in the manga as well, the fights between everyone and their zanpakuto was only a filler in the anime.
