They're young so they don't have hair or any kind of lesions, pimples, or any other kind of skin abnormality that you'd find in an adult. People are attracted to risks and that is obviously a risky thing. Innocence is also a big factor. For some it might be a fetish; for others it may be a continuation of abuse that they suffered as a child. Like for example, when a guy has an abusive father and grows up to be just as abusive. I've seen the effects sexual abuse can have on a person growing up. It's pretty sad.
