I don't know why everyone hates on Hercule. Of course he is no match for the Saiyans, but he is still an expert martial artist, and jacked as **** . As a human, I wouldn't **** with him.

Yes, and without even having to throw a single punch. I don't remember the last time the Z Fighters were able to talk the villain out of evil.

-Insulted the Z fighters as being fighters but that they are only smoke and mirrors
-stole credit from gohan for killing cell
-very annoying attitude and very stuck up

if Arnold Schwarzenegger was like him, i highly doubt he would be liked by many people. Or even Chuck Norris, or Bruce Lee

1. Everyone was very scared and confused about the Z fighters. What do you think people are more likely to believe when you see them? That they're a new powerful alien species, or that they use special effects and tricks. Keep in mind the people in the series don't know anything about them, they aren't watching or reading the show like we are. By telling everyone they use tricks he calms and assures the public, rather than making a big deal and freaking out, causing panic.

2. Throughout the show the z fighters more or less try to hide their powers from everyone and only act when they have no choice, when villains show up, ect. Imagine how the public would feel knowing there are these people are around. Safe? No, probably scared. I think it would be easier for Hercule to take credit, since he is already someone the people like and trust, rather than scaring the citizens by showing them blonde people flying around making explosions. While you can argue that he does so to showboat and gain fame, it serves a purpose if you just think a little.

3. That's just his personality, that's really your own opinion. He is still in my opinion, a great man. He shows moments of great courage when his family and friends are threatened by evil. His true colors are shown when he risks his life to get Android 16's head near Gohan, which leads to Gohan's transformation to Super Saiyan 2, and the defeat of Cell. In the Majin Buu Saga, he is revealed to be a fundamentally good man as opposed to the arrogant showboat persona he exhibits, and his bravery and kindness towards the good Majin Buu play a major role in Kid Buu's defeat at the end of the Kid Buu Saga. Prominently, he has saved the lives of Bee, Vegeta, and even Majin Buu.

4. If they were like him? You mean kind hearted heroes? They already are to me.

or krillin
User avatar #8 to #6 - Grom ONLINE (08/16/2013) [-]
krillin isn't considered a "normal" human because he can physcially manifest his kai
User avatar #16 to #8 - darkforces ONLINE (08/16/2013) [-]
Well then neither is any human. As explained by Gohan, everyone HAS kai, and everyone CAN manifest it, it would just take rigorous amounts of training.

I'm not even a huge fan of dbz, but from what my friends (who are TOO into it if you ask me) have told me, krillin doesn't really count because he's surpassed the level of an ordinary human

Yeah, I guess that makes sense. And yeah, I don't really, understand?(I guess that's the word), people who get way too into it. I only remember stuff because I vividly remember watching the series as a child. Anyways, have a good day man.
