Although, it's not for those who don't enjoy some gore and scientific facts. Because there's gallons of gore. Like, more than any kid should watch. Not something you should be watching if you're younger than eighteen. Meh, I get the feeling you're gonna check it out anyway. Let me tell you, it's very disturbing.

It involved the bad people running orphanages and hospitals in order to cause wars and overpopulation, and the good person blowing them up to prevent the wars and such. At the time, we could not remember the name of the anime, and I cannot remember the name of the user who expressed so much interest.
Since they involved a lot of people in the search, I would like to say that I figured out that the anime is in fact Franken Fran, specifically in a chapter known as Justice 2.
