Hate's a strong word, you could have these people up in arms against you at any moment, try being more specific. state what it is you dislike about it and people are usually a bit more calm.
Well, first of all, the characters are just sooooo boring T_T They're all too serious all the time. I get that monsters are attacking the place, but seriously. Second, the art style makes me cringe. It just can't stick with me. The lines are too thick and the animation in general is kinda strange, too. Third, the fact that it's too dramatic and emotional. I just don't do anime shows like that. I like the gory parts somewhat, but the rest of the show is just....meh. When you really think about it, all the things I'm stating are just my opinions, so technically my point still stands: I hate Attack on Titan.
It sounds more like you don't want to watch it than that you HATE it. I agree it was somewhat lacking in some departments and some shows cold use that fame more effectively but overall it was relatively good. For me, personally, the seriousness is one of the good aspects of the show. They're really acting as cold and serious as anyone in a military situation such as their's would.
Webster's Dictionary for Students: Special Encyclopedic Edition (2007):
"Hate (noun): Deep and bitter dislike"
"Hate (verb) hated; hating: to feel great dislike towards"
I believe this is indeed what I feel towards Attack on Titan, so yeah. Hate is the right word.
Well, for example, you're apparently a huge faggot. But~ I don't hate you. I hardly even know you man, it just doesn't seem right that you should be able to do the same to Attack on Titan seeing as you've watched probably 2 episodes tops if you dislike it as much as you're saying you did.
What does "faggot" even mean? Isn't it just...a pile of sticks? Oh well. Anyway, I watched the first ten episodes. My friends recommended it, so since they love the show so much, I decided to try it out myself. I watched two first and didn't like it, but I figured since they were only the first two episodes, then the show would have gotten better, but I was wrong.
OH! Nevermind. Faggot means gay apparently. Well, I've been called worse, so that's okay ^-^
Also, what does being homosexual have to do with the situation anyway?
Faggot as an insult is neither of those, in fact I'm not sure it means anything other than simply "faggot" and is an insult for when, I guess, people are being stupid or annoying. I dislike you intensely but not enough to be constituted as hate, although most of this is based off the fact that you dislike all of my comments after I post one.
Thanks. It's about time you did that. OOH! Did you hear about Spider-man being in the Avengers 2? That's SO COOL! >_< I was so disappointed that he wasn't in the first movie. Spiderman is like...the image of Marvel. How DARE they leave him out!? T~T Nyeh >-< Whatever. I'm just SO EXCITED that he's finally a part of it! Too bad it's in 2015 though, BUT STILL! X3
There's a trolling test? I didn't know that. and I don't care if my trolling stopped. I never meant to keep it going in the first place. I think all this controversy on the new Sonic Boom designs are ridiculous. They look just fine to me. OH! Nevermind the Spiderman thing. Let's talk about Sonic instead! X3 Because Sonic is just soooo super awesome! I hope they build a giant sculpture of him or something. Do you have a favorite video game franchise?
I don't like Attack on Titan either i stopped watching the moment Armin watched his squad die because he was too much of a pussy
There is nothing i hate more than hesitant pussy bitch characters. and japanese anime and manga seem to have alot of em. Poor ****** Mina, i really liked her. and Armin just watched her die broke my heart
I have no problem with big titans, its always the small ones. And on a big crawler you can get on the back.... But the small ones are just ******* horrifying.
I'm no big anime fan, I like Akira and loved DBZ, and Attack on Titan is pretty good. I've only watched about 8 episodes but it's got great art and a cool end of the world story.
eventually everybody dies. But I was more referring to that the writer could be George R. R. Martin. just look at the series we get like 50 characters and a very large portion of the already died before the season ended.
The show kills every character you might like
Its practically "Oh i like this guy aaaannnd he's gone." "This chick seems nice aaannd she's dead."
I'm not saying this show sucks
It's good and very dramatic and saddening
But i ******* hate Attack on titan...
im sticking to Happy RomComs to brighten up my miserable life
I dont need any more depression
for one thing, their is only one season out, so not a whole lot there. But, as for the shows pacing, I have to say they handle it very well. Their are certainly parts that are slow and some people feel they drag on, but these sections are used to develop very deep character development that really allows you to connect with the characters and feel their plight. I rag on this show A LOT for it's insanely unrealistic 3D Maneuver Gear, but I cannot deny that it is bad ass as **** . I also only really rag on it because I enjoy the show a lot. I would reccommend this anime if you are looking for something with action, but also good character development, and of course a **** ton of gore.
The manga is a bit hard to read, because imo it goes through complex plots too fast and with very little explanation. Maybe it's just because I'm not really an experienced manga reader. The anime however gets down to business really quickly. The animation of the fight scenes is great and there are no dispensable scenes or episodes at all.
Oh yeah, if you do get high dmg on him I heard it's ridiculous. He blew me away with steam which gave me a good opportunity to come right down on his neck at full speed but he went all "nope" and killed me with the yellow steam the milisecond before I hit.
Got my top dmg when I played the city 2 single player as Levi and jumped over the roof of HQ by using the bridge in the beginning as a swing then passing right by a titan's neck while spinning.
And yeah, me and two pals managed to protect him all the way. Marco is more useful than ever on that level.
Armin makes the titans focusing him laugh, which fails like 50% of the time 'cause they've begun their attack animation long before attacking. Marco makes nearby titans focus him.
So have I, I tried Armin when he was released and was like "yeh finally some support". Then Marco was released and Armin was left to rot on the shelf of characters nearly never played.
