What personality? She's bland, depends on others, and as far as I've read the manga - which is as far as they are translated to english atm - the only two things she does are: acting like a cool pimp of her gang, and flashy showing off with her powers. But every single time she ends up beaten and helpless with someone else saving her useless, if fine, ass.
People who say that like her for her rack I can respect, at least they are honest. But those who say she has better personality than Tatsumaki must have mistaken personality with tits. Tatsumaki sure is annoying, stuck up, and moody, but at least these are actual, distinguishable characteristics that allow you to like or hate her. With Fubuki, you can only be attracted to her, which is a lousy substitute of character development.
When - or rather IF - they show her actually doing something, and being someone, I'll glady share the hype, she has potential. But that's as good as she's gotten now.

thechosentroll (12/16/2015) [-] Fubuki is better than the brussel sprout with anger management issues for the same reason I consider Rei better than the PMSing nazi in Evangelion - no personality is better than a **** personality. When I see Tits McGee, I don't really think much. When I see the worlds' angriest asparagus, I hope and pray that one day One makes her turn evil and Saitama punches her so hard she gets atomized. I feel no hate for Fubuki, therefore she has a better personality.

By the all unwritten rules of character design - a character that makes people feel hate is something far more desirable than a character that makes people feel nothing. If your character is merely a pretty face for show, then you have failed as a writer. That's why I prefer Tatsumaki. I mean come on - in manga she ranked 2nd in popularity before she even did anything. If that's not ******** , then I don't know what is. Poeple who voted, have voted with their dicks.
I'm pretty sure that, as the story progresses, there will be much more interesting things regarding Tatsumaki, she still looks like she has much to show. Eventually there will be confrontation between her and Saitama's powers, and I'm looking forward to it like there's no tomorrow. Fubuki so far has only shown that she can look good and be semi-good at things she does, and her confrontation with Saitama was predictable and uninteresting. No wonder they interrupted it with Genos fighting Best Girl. I understand that readers - especially male readers - like her more, but that doesn't make her have better personality. Just a more tolerable one.
Mumen Rider, for a comparison, doesn't do much either, gets beaten up a lot, and doesn't even look hot - but everyone likes him because he represents something. He has spirit, he has impact, he tries despite being just a regular guy on bike. Fubuki isn't half a superhero Mumen Rider is.
