Listen here you little **** if you translate the title correctly it becomes "Akame Will Kill" or "Red-eyes Will Kill" (depending on whether one translates her name). I don't know if they meant it because they don't know English and may have thought that kill meant killer but it's the only way that it makes sense as it is, regardless of how silly it sounds. Hate it when they mix english and japanese, it never ends well.
