Sanctuary Fellows is a retelling of each individual route with sex unlike with the anime, it apparently starts with Amane, then Michiru and so on.

L'Oiseau Bleu is told from Yumiko's perspective instead of Yuuji's.

Not sure about the Grisaia no Meikyuu.

Yuuji is probably the best MC I've come across so far. He somehow manages to be a total badass yet completely socially inept at the same time.
