(Warning: Smash Bros. Nerd Ahead!)

I realize it's probably just a joke, but I wanted to give the readers a bit of knowledge.

1) Even for the heaviest character (Whom I believe is Ganondorf), 300% is well above needed percentage to score a KO of any kind. For even the characters with the best kinds of recovery, 180-190% is the most someone can sustain before a Smash attack would KO them. Sure, you could keep them alive with wimpy rapid 1% damage attacks, but by around 200%, and moderately powered smash attack packs enough punch.

2) If they were referring to Stamina mode, in Melee and brawl, the HP is set to 150, so 300 would be enough to knock two opponents out. Maybe she got knocked out twice? Stamina Mode is also the only way in which a character could be knocked "down for the count", as all other methods require knocking off screen to count as a KO.

Fun fact: Super Sudden Death/Sudden Death modes in the "Special" types of mateches have health set to 300% damage.

No, youre wrong about almost everything.
The knockback is not about %. A 1% attack is very uncommon if you dont spam it since attacks gets weaker when you spam them. Depending on the smash, the stage and the DI its possible to survive one at 300%.
