god damn I love Hominid of the sapien persuasions, descended from primate evolutionary chain carrying the genders dictating genes of the X and Y typeset, denoting "male", physically mature enough to be considered an adult of the species that specializes in an amount of physical strikes performed by combinations of contractions of the muscles known as the deltoid, abdomen, triceps, and bicep to thrust the arm forward, connecting with a closed hand otherwise known as a fist that is less that two but more than none, expressed in many ways but accurately displayed in the equation (2×3)/6
I too enjoy the integer preceding two, yet following zero amounts of concentrated impact force using the force of the combination of the bicep, deltoid, and pectoral muscles contracting in a swift motion directly forward, relative to the location of the performer of said motion's body, applied on to the enclosed hand, to perform an action notable for its use in a variety of martial arts for its aggression and physical damage to the recipient of said motion of a homo sapien sapien containing the sex-identifying, DNA-bound chromosomal sequence: "XY," denoting said individual as male, upon the completion of the pubescent stage in said oraganism's developmental cycle and achieving genetic maturity after approximately twelve to fifteen rotations of the planet: "earth" around its local star, known as: "sun."
i think i've said this before, but goku wouldn't win, not because of strength, but because he'd want a fair fight and would give him a hit, and die. even if he knew he was a threat to everyone, now vegeta though, vegeta, if he knew what he was capable of, would appear behind him and snap his neck, or blow him up, immediately
Saiyans supposedly can't survive in space long-term, actually, and OPM can (he gets punched to the moon once.) So that would be a rather poor decision on Vegeta's part, since he never learned instant transmission.
But the fact that people are egoing over it is silly. Saitama is deliberately written to be so overpowered that it is broken and boring, that's the point. He's a deliberate caricature of the overpowered anime main character trope.
>Saiyans supposedly can't survive in space long-term, actually, and OPM can (he gets punched to the moon once.)
He got punched to the moon, couldn't breathe, and went back to earth shortly after to finish the battle.
I'm not taking a specific side but Saitama being punched to the moon doesn't imply he can "survive in space long term" only that he can survive in space for a minute or two.
Saitama can't live in space while every other anime character can. vegeta only has to kick him, get him into space for long enough. bom. problem salvaged
Have you seen the boros arch finale of opm? Like I'm sorry but the entire point of saitama is that he's basically an exaggerated superman but likable. Like if you had to describe it in comic book terms saitamas super power would basically be that he's unbeatable. No matter how much **** goku shoots at him, it wouldn't matter. God saiyan vegito would die in a single punch and not be able to do more than scratch the surface because that's literally just what saitama is.
It's a ******* stupid nerg argument as well. Saitama can't be beaten, but it still keeps the series entertaining because it's comedy, and the conflict is about society's issues with him. Everybody likes Goku and knows how strong he can be, but he can still have issues with strong opponents, which is what the series is about.
saiyans are far more destructive than they are durable.
saitama is as durable as he is destructive.
in DBZ, attacks have to be deflected with attacks.
saitama takes attacks either with his fists, or just straight on.
i don't know if saitama is more destructive than the DBZ characters, but they simply wouldn't be able to kill him.
he punched a planet-destroying attack and scattered it to the winds.
this means the planet-destroying attack made contact with his body, and it didn't even phace him.
he's too durable for a dbz character to wound.
I'm a huge DBZ fanboy but I'm not blind, Saitama would win because he's the embodiment of unfair. If you've been watching OPM and haven't figured out that the anime is supposed to be like a parody then I feel bad for you son.
Saitama is meant to be unbeatable, it's like, the whole premise of the anime.
Then again I am just pointing out the painfully obvious here, but from the comments I see a lot of people either haven't seen OPM or don't understand it.
Seeing the amount of Fanwank in the comments, I personally don't think the "one punch" scenario should be carried over across other franchises: Saitama is for the most part a comedy hero, whose whole schtick is being unfairly overpowered. Hence, unless we were to hit the end of Dragonball Super and Goku/Vegeta would somehow end up posessing literally unlimited power, they cannot be expected to defeat Saitama in a fight. Saitama is basically how Death battle incorrectly described Superman: He has no limit except for the one he puts on himself. Thus, He isn't a character you should involve in VS forums and hypothethical matchups unless pitted against another explicitly limitless fighter. As it stands now, Vegeta/Goku could probably give Saitama a much harder fight than anyone in his home franchise What with having Universe-Destroying levels of power , but the best they should be expected to manage, without statements from ONE, is some minor bruising.
