I am mildly confused by this Trigun remake.

The anime of this was honestly terrible, way to much animation style changes to often. Couldn't go 10 seconds without chibis or hyper-detail just splicing in. Plus there was like -5% plot progression, and everything that was building up to a thing just got shot down. Never read the manga, don't know if it's good or not, great premise, executed poorly.
