Keep in mind that he, while being a vampire, could literally survive being torn apart at a molecular level. Having even 10% of those healing powers is still pretty ******* OP.
The movie Kizumonogatari has been getting delayed but others like hanamonogatari, and tsukimonogatari have been aired as of recent
here's also what's stated on the MAL page for owarimonogatari
"According to a notice displayed at Shosen Book Tower in Akihabara, the anime adaptation of Monogatari Series: Final Season's Owarimonogatari will air on TV in Fall 2015. Production of the series was hinted last week when animator Hiroko Kazui listed Owarimonogatari on her online portfolio. In 2012, animation studio Shaft announced it would be animating all of Nisio Isin's Monogatari Series novels."
I stopped after season 3 sorry i forgot the name order and dont feel like looking it up and if I remember right this content is from season 4 I have so much catching up to do
The airing order: Bakemonogatari > Nisemonogatari > Nekomonogatari: Kuro > Monogatari Series 2nd Season > Hanamonogatari > Tsukimonogatari, the next to air will be Kizumonogatari
The chronological order: Kizumonogatari > Nekomonogatari: Kuro > Bakemonogatari > Nisemonogatari > Monogatari Series 2nd Season > Tsukimonogatari > Hanamonogatari
The airing order is recommended but the chronological order is worth knowing so you can choose
Don't forget the order the novels are in.: Bakemongatari > Kizumonogatari > Nisemonogatari > Nekomonogatari: Kuro > first 2 arcs of the second season > Hanamonogatari > the rest of the second season > Tsukimonogatari.
There are many ways to watch this anime and you will never really get a feeling of continuation out of it.
So to tosatsu i would recommend the airing order of the anime.
Just because there is an chronological order doesn't mean it is easier to watch that way.
Going in the airing order because oh well, if I like it too much i'll rewatch it in another . Thanks for all the great info guys. These series are hard to get into because of things like these. I had the same problems following big series like gundam.
Sorry I can't give a good answer because I've never watched the series, it just didn't appeal to me.
The best way imo is to watch the aired order, shaft aired them in that order for a reason so I'm presuming that's what they want you to see, also shaft aired them in a different order from the order the light novels were published in so I'm presuming they did it for a good reason. Most people go with the airing order as far as I know even if the chronological order is tempting, it's just easier for people to go with airing orders with any anime like with Haruhi Suzumiya.
I'm at the second episode of Bakemonogatari atm, yep i kinda get the idea as to why this series is hard to get into, it uses an expanse of phylosphical themes as big as the ocean, and it moves at an incredibly fast pace.
