bluemagebrilly ONLINE (01/12/2016) [-] Listen, sometimes people make mistakes. Sometimes things come out looking a little green, but there's nothing wrong with that. You've just got to keep on pushing forward and act like there's nothing wrong. A little green never hurt anyone.
Except the blues.
... It probably happened due to my "background eraser" being set to a green color for whatever reason when I was getting rid of some edges. Didn't notice, until now~

bluemagebrilly ONLINE (01/12/2016) [-] I believe it was said, though I could be wrong, that the creator was surprised how well it was received and didn't plan on making anything past the chapter that introduces the Dark Elf. But seeing it was received so well seemed to have re-sparked their interest in making it.
It's likely we'll see at least one update this year, if you want my opinion on it.

questionableferret (01/12/2016) [-] The problem with it is there really are only so many times you can do the same thing. The artist is clever and has introduced other characters into the mix, playing off of other tropes, but he needs to keep doing that and putting fresh settings and stories together otherwise it will get stale.
The best part of the series is how it parodies common tropes. The Elf is the one really up for sex and the big strong orc just doesn't give a **** . The hero comes to save the princess from the evil orc but he's a little kid who gets his ass handed to him and dies in one hit. Hero's monomyth-style magical aid is a young lady instead of an old man, and is yet another filthy perv.
The story needs to keep doing stuff like that but without being predictable, especially since this story is in the same ballpark as Shrek, so that is yet another set of pitfalls he needs to avoid stumbling into to keep the story fresh.
