While most of part 3 and probably even more so in part 4 are games of "who can figure out how the enemy stand world and counter in one blow" the final battle with DIO is great in Jojo's bizarre adventure and if you want something more in line with classic fights watch parts one and two www.crunchyroll.com/jojos-bizarre-adventure
I agree, it's not really my type of thing, but it was pretty good. Other than One Punch Man, it was really the only thing I saw this season that was actually good.
The chicks have to have dicks or it's a dealbreaker for me. How am I going to keep my nine waifus satisfied if they don't **** each other while waiting their turn?
I havnt seen Gurren Lagann, for the simple reason that I cannot take it seriously. Now you might say its not supposed to be taken seriously, but theres a point where something is just too stupid.
"hur dur, its a robot made of entire galaxies, duuuuur"
Where does the energy come from? Unless its from an alternate dimension or some such, gathering enough energy to make a mech that dwarfs entire galaxies, would destroy countless suns, planets etc.
It's something that everyone has, they were exposed to a massive amount of it before that fight, and they're in a universe where thought is given form.
Huh, maybe there is, at that point the scale of the fight is so irrelevant that it would be taking place inside of an ant's nipple for all the difference it would make
Exactly, its ******* stupid. I could probably enjoy the first bit, but knowing whats coming id rather not, since I wanna be able to watch a whole show when I start on it.
Man, if you can't appreciate a great story, great characters, great fights, strong feels, iconic animation, memorable lines, and a nice set of tits because the scale blows your feeble mind then you shouldn't want TTGL because you're not even /worthy/.
Think of Gurren as the robot equivalent of a green lantern ring. The more willpower Spiral Energy AKA fighting spirit AKA hype the stronger it is. After merging with a ship the size of a small city and another robot that turned out to be the entire moon They get the willpower of all of earth, and as time goes on increasing willpower of the universe as other races see the struggle and add their energy to the mix. If stupid over the top isn't your thing that is fine but there exists an even more OP mecha
Has an old god imprisoned in its weapon which it put there
Full 4th denominational travel so can go both forwards and backwards in time at will
Zero point energy manipulation think of it like the force of a big bag condensed down to the size of a laser pointer, pointed at you
And the thing that makes it the single most OP creature in fiction: It can summon any and all versions of itself thought out the multiverse instantaneously
but , Super Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann (the thing that looks like Kamina and is made of galaxies) ends up being Literally universe sized, it was effectively, a Universe in and of itself.
A universe that perpetuates itself via willpower , that also generates life, life can generate infinite will power, making the universe it exist in , grow infinitely fast , to an infinite size , in an infinite amount of time.
Super Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann , is infinitely growing infinity , making it infinitely bigger than infinity.
So, technically , it's on Par to that thing you just posted (since even infinite infinites aren't actually more than infinity)
Even so growth in that form takes time, it is exponential and gets to a point that is practically imminent. With DemonBane's power over time it can summon as many that are needed to overpower STTGL Super Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann even before the fight starts. Though STTGL should have some degree of influence over time anything with that much mass needs to generate a gravity field at least on par with a black hole but it wouldn't be consistent throughout STTGL. Regardless they don't mention any alteration to the flow of time but Jesus **** is that thing fast that a human can watch it fight in real time from earth and them still moving as fast as us but if you want to get into reality shattering powers, the probability altering missiles are mind boggling.
I think it's the outfit, very few anime characters wear it. If there was an eye patch or half his face was hidden I would have mistaken him for Ciel. Older and taller and I'd think he was that one guy from Baccano(!).
