The anime, if not already mentioned, is Tantai Opera Milky Holmes. The story of the anime follows a group of girls who go to a school to be detectives. They are all descendants of famous detectives (Sherlock Holmes for example), and use special powers called toys to help defeat a criminal mastermind. Kokoro is the leader of the police force special units force. There are a lot of funny moments throughout. Oh and there is an episode involving a giant squid and girls in bikinis stripping (No NSFW though.) TL;DR: 10/10 good anime.

This show is like if you were forced to watch every single nice girl anime series every day and every hour for 6 months and afterwards forced to write a 10-page composition paper about 4 gooey detectives exhibiting all the traits from each show.
This show destroys the foundations of anime.
This show rapes anime.

I like feel good anime, and especially wacky and out there. But if you like more serious anime, I respect your opinion and agree that some people will not like this show, and some won't. Like Hetalia, I know a lot of people that hate that show, but I love it.

No, it is not hentai. Though there is a pedophile, an episode about a girl flashing people, and one of the main characters is secretly a lesbian for the others.
