It may be a rumor, but I read (somewhere, I forget where, I was a little intoxicated when I was looking this up) that the director of the show says it's not over yet. But the studio is working on a big project that will take them most of 2015 (if not all of it). So there's hope it will continue in the future.
He doesn't even do anything to him. And then, despite the guy trying to kill him and his friends along with other dozens of people, he just lets him live with him.
Technically Lucifer is still one of his generals, and a good one at that. The only reason he stepped out of line is because he believed that Satan was powerless. Reminding the guy of how weak he actually is means that he can keep a powerful ally while also establishing himself as being on top.
I just finished rewatching; Love, Chunibyo & Other Delusions,
finished watching (for the first time); Engaged to the Unidentified, If Her Flag Breaks,
and am in the the process of watching Dankarea;Undying Love and Umineko: When They Cry (although I tried watching the latter before and dropped it after the story went haywire).
Well, it's about an arrogant musical prodigy-guy (plays the violin and piano) who aspires to become a conductor and a goofy, sloppy woman who can play round-about everything by ear (although in a very cantabile [songlike] manner that normally goes against the MC's perfectionist tastes).
The character development is fantastic, as is the story progression.
Would recommend.
By the Eye of Terror that was awesome!
Nodame Cantabile might be your thing, but just replace jazz with classical and give the main character some personality problems and you're set.
I was about to link a vid of Chiaki's (MC) and Nodame's (sloppy, goofy gal) playing Rachmaninoff's Piano Concerto 2 but I couldn't find any good vids of it.
Kids on The Slope is pretty great. everyone's got a pretty angsty back story, but c'est la vie.
it's about a child from a pampered house going to highschool in a small town they just moved to. he meets a wild young man and a sweet young girl. they all share an interest in playing jazz
I don't mind the moe/romance that never goes anywhere, but what really got me was the fact that "when supernatural battles became a part of everyday life" became "when supernatural battles became a part of everyday life. "
As #26 said; He's the Devil (or Great Demon Lord, whatever). He's using a normal human body but occasionally takes on his original form in battles (rarely~).
The scene where that .gif is from though... Pure. ******* .gold
Well, I'll try not to spoil too much, but basically while using that form he's going through his magic-reserves at an alarming rate, and he needs to collect magic to get back to his own world.
I wouldnt recommend watching it on netflix because: at least when I watched it, when the characters speak in their own language (can't remember the name of it... i don't think its an actual language though) there are no subtitles... but there should be. So I had to watch it on some random anime sites in order to actually see what they were saying... Disappointed in Netflix, maybe they fixed it though.
I suggest watching it, it's better than average IMO and only has 13 episodes, so it can be watched quite fast.
Although it IS annoying that it ends too quickly.
But, meh, what can you do?
