I don't understand how grown men can watch over sexualized cartoon characters and think it has a deep meaning of some sort.

its like watching movies, you have to find the right ones for you. i like less then half of all movies that come out but i don't bass my opinions on all movies by the ones i did not like.

but implying that all anime is over sexualized garbage is just incorrect.
in case you didn't catch on, all the ones on the right are hentai if im not mistaken, so clearly they didn't think it had a deep meaning.

I stand corrected. I have actually seen the movie Spirited Away and tbh, I cried at the end. However nothing else has ever interested me and all posts on FJ I see are "I watch it for the plot" followed by a 9-year old with double d-cups.

I haven't watched that movie, I guess it's going on my plan to watch list.
There is a lot of ****** boob joke shows, so you kinda have to search for the really good ones.
I liked Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood. It's not all about boobs, and it's got a decent story, plus the dub isn't that bad.
