neostar (09/08/2015) [-] Trust me, I've struggled with this problem many MANY times. Thats why I defaulted to this, but even then it doesn't really work often. Like with Mad Max, the main character, the one who is at the center of each story aside from the first one, is never Max. He's the character given focus, but only so we can use him as a way to see the other character's story.

neostar (09/07/2015) [-] Jotaro is literally in only 2-3 panels in part 5 and he says only 5 lines. Its not that his opinion is wrong, its that it doesn't makes sense when he doesn't do anything and only says a basic line.
I'm sure he meant part 4, but if he meant part 5 I'm confused as to why its that one that made him like Jotaro like he does. It doesn't make sense. Its like saying that one dude who appeared in the background once on page 25 is my favorite character. It just doesn't make sense.
