Horseradish and/or hot sauce.
**** bland sauces. Barbecue needs to taste like something other than sugar and worcestershire sauce, and most don't deliver on that. The only "bland" sauce I'm fine with is mustard, mostly because it's available in better varieties (I've actually found a brown mustard with horseradish actually ground into the mustard, and quite frankly, I'm rather fond of it).
Also, I don't consider cheese sauce or chili to be sauces; they're a topping, like jalapenos or onions.
tl;dr: The best sauce for your weiner is going to be something that packs a lot of punch.
