Chocotto Sister was alright as well. Although it has romance and drama elements. Basically, guy asks mother for little sister but she gets sick or something and can't get pregnant anymore, then years later Santa on a bike brings him nude little sister. And he seriously takes care of her, nothing sexual.
Gugure! Kokkuri-san and Re-Kan! were comedy-worthy for me.
Kiniro Mosaic and Non Non Biyori were alright too, although these are more slice of life than comedy.
Should I continue? Overall I don't find 'comedy' anime funny, so it's kind of hard for me to recommend anything.

Bokura ga Ita is definitely not a tragedy, but if you're looking for something sad I suggest ef: Tale of Memories.

Why would you watch at 1.5x speed? I feel there's not enough time to properly understand story or read subtitles.
Other people's opinions rarely influence me, but at first I liked pretty much any anime, so I delayed scoring to let my taste mature.

3.5 hours?... That's not possible. Even if episodes are only 20 minutes (typically a bit longer) it still takes exactly 4 hours. Are you sure you aren't skipping?
That's one of reasons why at around 100 series I removed all of my scores, and resumed scoring only after 1100 or so. Although by now I forgot a lot stuff and have to rewatch majority of it.

There are better choices for ecchi. Besides, ecchi in this show isn't that good either.
Well that show is slow for one, and spoilers: MC girl falls in love with a popular guy, then finds out he used to have a girlfriend who died in a car crash together with her ex, then MC finds out he ****** classmate, who he sits together with, right after crash, so MC gets jealous, lots of drama and other crap, one time they almost **** (unless I confuse this part with another anime) and then guy leaves with his mother leaving MC girl behind.
Well, I haven't watched it, but if MAL says 'hentai' then it means it has sex scenes, and judging by its age probably uncensored ones.

If you were expecting action from Gungrave I suggest Black Lagoon, Jormungand, Gunslinger Girl, Book of Bantorra, & many other series.

You need only one year of barely any sleep and then you will beat me.

I suggest you remove Sekai de Ichiban Tsuyoku Naritai! from your list. I haven't watched it yet but it looks like a big pile of **** .

First season of Nisekoi is a big pile of **** as well, I heard even manga continues being **** , so probably season 2 is no good as well.
Gungrave was quite boring tbh, except for like 3-4 episodes it's just a bunch of flashbacks. Might as well call it Flashback: The Anime. It does have action scenes, but most likely it's not what you expect.

Well, they rarely allow sex on TV (at least TV versions are censored), so I imagine incest / CP is a bit more censored on TVs as well, only BD sales go a bit more crazy.

I fail to see how you can even be attracted to 5 year old. Anything under 14 is likely to be unattractive (at least sexually). I mean I've seen some good looking kids, but that's all there is. They aren't sexy.
