Source is the visual novel 'Rewrite', an all ages story-driven novel by Key. It is slated for an anime adaptation coming this summer. This particular scene is from a sort of an easter egg joke ending you unlock after 100%ing the game. (Might I add it is a VERY long read, I think around 75 or so hours)
