Launch Comp
Launch is a character from the original Dragon Ball series who managed to foreshadow the entirety of Z before Toriyama even knew what was going on. While normally a kind, innocent young woman, sneezing caused her to become a trigger-happy, violent super saiyan criminal.
While being chased by the police, Launch sneezed and reverted to her good form, forgetting why she was being pursued at all. Believing her to be innocent, Goku and Krillin "rescue" her, and take her to Kame House to hide and train with Roshi. She becomes a major supporting character, until Akira Toriyama forgets to write her in one day.
In her good form, Launch has a power level of eighteen, over 3 times that of an average shotgun farmer. It's implied that her bad form is even stronger.
Good Launch is nearly as innocent as Goku when she's first seen, as shown when she nearly changes clothes outside without worrying about Goku or Krillin seeing her. She is also oblivious to most of Roshi's perverted schemes in this form, often changing form before he can do anything and attacking him.

While she's not playable, Launch's clothes and a wig of her hair are available for custom characters in Xenoverse. If one talks to Tien in Toki Toki City while wearing the costume, he will become flustered at the sight of it. Krillin also has dialogue when fighting with Tien mentioning her. Interestingly enough, a saiyan character may become "Bad Launch" themselves, as the wig is affected by the super saiyan ultimate.
