As some faggot user on here said "The mark of a good villain is someone who you really hate, but who you can still see has a good reason for their actions."
By the standard Griffith is a great villain. I still wish he'd die 1000 deaths for every evil he did towards Guts.
He betrayed his friends and everything he was for power. If that is a good reason than i dont want to be right. I hope Guts gives him a slow and grueling death.
Actually the way I see is that he was doing everything for himself from the start.
The only person he really cared about was Guts, lots of homo implied, but Guts kind of cast him away. Which lead to Griffith ******* the princess, which lead to lots and lots of torture. Due to aforementioned torture Griffith probably went insane several times over and then demon/god/angel/ ****************** happened and it's not really surprising he went full on crazy.
if you notice though the demon isn't really Griffith. Griffith was floating down into oblivion clue less about what happened. the demon might be a manifestation of Griffiths lust for power. as it stand in the kings egg.
my understanding is this, look at that pic. Now if you have even the slightest understanding of how drawing a manga works, you might have an understanding why this ****** takes forever. Least that's my only theory on why they take forever.
It's become a joke that every time an Idolmster game comes out, Berserk goes on Haitus. But they either speculate that he still doesn't know what to do with the story or he's lost the will to work on it. Either way the current haitus is because of the anime coming out. "Resuming Summer 2016!". I read it in 3 days, so not nearly enough time until then.
Gigantomakhia is indeed from the same guy. No idea if he plans to ever continue it.
It's because the author is also the artist (Kentaro Miura) he uses traditional methods to draw each panel, and he's kind of a perfectionist, also he is almost 50, but I'm sure he knows where the story is going. Heck if it takes a year for each chapter to be released it still is worth it since Berserk is so good.
It's a fetus so thats why it looks like this and yes it belongs to Guts although you can argue that it's both their son as Griffith corrupted it after raping Casca.
yeah but the majority of english dub is so bad, it don't bring the emotions really to you of the characters and the situations, but a few ones are good tho
the girl had a crush on grifith growing up however she eventually kinda fell in love with/settled for guts. They got together and were a pretty cool power couple for a time.
Griffith killed all their friends with a demonic horde (very violent) and then raped casca and it was more the trauma of the whole thing that broke her mind. its just a really bad case of PTSD.
Apparently Casca was pregnant with Gut's child and the mark that they were branded with calls out to demons to kill them on a nightly basis. The mark really messed up their kid and he's now like a pseudo demon.
If you don't want to watch it, maybe you want to read it, as the manga is one of the best out there. It has an amazing art and one of the most inspiring and tragic stories. Anyway here is your spoiler if you still want itGriffith sacrficed all his comrades so he can become something like an evil god and in the process he raped his best friend's (Guts) girlfriend (Casca) in front of him just so he can piss him off more. This led to corrupting Gut's unborn child and Casca turning into a vegetable.
No, not really more like me going through hell and getting back home to find out she is in the hospital, ran all the way to the hospital when I found out she was just there for a broken arm. I saw her parents in the reception area her dad was happy to see me, I had to go check something, but thinking how lucky I was she was not taken from me. I came back right as she was being discharged only to find that I was in my bed the next instant, left alone and disappointed
>Tfw I dreamt that I was together with the perfect girl and that we loved each other.
Woke up feeling as if something was missing. I had never felt so in love as I did in that dream.
