I wouldnt call it stupid, its just very overboard with riddiculous reactions, but the story is interesting and definetly not THAT stupid.

In the nurse's office when Jotaro was fighting Kakyoin and he had his stand inside the nurse, so Jotaro kissed her to remove the hierophant without hurting her.
