Okay because it really does irritate me when people think this. The reason I know Harry isn't not white is because he is descended from the Pevaralls who settled in Godric Hollow which is in Britain, I am pretty damn sure there weren't any non whites living there before the last century. And if they want to say Hermione is black because she is one of the few Brits who can get a tan then all the lines saying she looked pale offer the same amount evidence to contradict this.
I see you're not black, because yeah, we do all have afros, the straight hair girls you see are either wearing a wig or use products to do so. Saying that is a racist interpretation to draw an afro is like saying drawing asian people with squinty eyes is also.
Harry was described several times as having jet black hair. The color of hair bothers me more than their skin color. There's even less of an excuse with this because black people tend to have black hair. What the **** .
A shame then, that the author used an archaic way to spell it rather than a modern phonetic version. Now her villain's name sound's less epic in my opinion; "Voldemort? sound like moldy wart." Alternate pronunciation for words like Sean are idiocy and outdated.
I know nobody said anything, I was just joking because the picture portrays snape as an anime bishie in fact, a lot of the characters that are supposed to be at least 40 or late 3O's look way too young
Characters being snape, Sirius, lupin, lucious and narcissa , and the potter parents I'm not too surprised tho because it's anime; ain't gotta explain ****
And I was joking that Alan Rickman Snape is hotter looking that the bishie snape
The one who was "implying" was the artist
You know what I'm saying?
Come to think of it, of all the animes I can recall having seen I can only think of one with a convincing portrayal of middle age, and it's Fullmetal Alchemist. Fuhrer Bradley, Father/father, the boys' teacher and her husband, most of the higher ranked officers, there was a real impactive presence of age there. They weren't afraid to **** around with body types either though, so maybe that was a goal of the series.
