FMA had 2 series and quite a few movies. O.o 2 at least for the first series to air, and 1 that i know of for the second. (haven't bothered to look for more but i'm sure there's more)

It's called telling a story and knowing when to end it. Bleach is too strained and Naruto got old. FMA ended and told one of the most epic anime stories ever.
