I was going to just post this myself, is by far has the best character development along with the best plot

actually i dont like db.i watched few of the newer episodes(they fought "buu") and i think the fighting was boring.
then i watched some of the older episodes and i didnt like the dub(could not find subbed version(if someone could provide subbed i could try again) and the jokes were kind of lame...


still i want to watch the show it seems interesting..just the anime is rather dis interesting...

i did watch the ORIGINAL.aka episode one of the first series called dragon ball i could find. where they search for...balls of the dragon...with a kid goku.

are you talking about when he fights super buu? Well after Elder Kai unlocked his full power he probably didn't feel the need to. But I also heard that after he became ultimate Gohan (such a creative name). He couldn't go super saiyan anymore.
Yeah GT isn't canon but some of it is pretty cool, super 17 and the shadow dragons are my favorite but baby and the black star balls are just a waste of time IMO

well, not only am i a DBZ fanboy (dont judge me)...True, the plot was not necessarily the point, nor the main draw for most of the folks following the series...Akira Toriyama also probably made a lot of it up as he went along...but there are tons off plot developments in characters and twists that no one saw coming...examples, Goku's death in the first few episodes, Goku and Vegeta merge to create Vegito, Krillin fights Frieza… without dying instantaneously (although he still dies a while later), Krillin also falls for an android (a hot andriod 0_0), Vegeta could have killed cell but didnt because he wanted to see his full power, Cell could take over the world…but puts on a big martial arts tournament instead, the whole future trunks thing and Vegeta banging Bulma...like all this shit is developement right?? not to mention Gohan goes from being a bitch, to the MAN, then back to a bitch...and even Piccollo being bad in the beginning of the anime and then befriending Gohan and becoming one of the good guys...so in short dbz had plot developement AND character developement...i rest my case...
