Well actually there was no time for them to talk at all cause after the battle with pain Naruto was recovering from his injuries. And right after that Tobi started the war and Naruto was sent to that island to train and after that he made his way to the battle field. To help his friends yes there was that brief time where they saw each other for the first time in awhile but it was only for a short time and now she heading towards Naruto to help him fight pain with the other konoha 11.

I still think Naruto killed Sasuke in that fight at the waterfall. He went ninetails and hit sasuke hard enough to kill him, then sasuke smashed head first into a rock wall, definitely breaking his entire spine, and then he just got up stronger...

People need to read the manga. No shitty fillers, no terrible animation made by Korean slaves and no bad voice acting and the story is a good 2 years ahead. You get the story in the form it was originally crafted for.

I'm gonna get thumbed down for this but having read the manga I agree on the story points but what in the sweet sam hell were they thinking when they drew the fight scenes. Whereas in the anime the fights look (mostly) awesome.
But the filler and flashbacks make it borderline unwatchable.

I've read the manga for a while, But i decided to stop when it got to the war. I'm watching the entire thing in the splendid bloody Japanese version.
